You’ll see how varied the role is — no two days are ever the same! While we sometimes work outside 9–5 to support our clients, the video does give a flavour of what it’s like to keep their apartment blocks and housing estates running smoothly.

Day in The Life of a Property Manager

8:50am: Tom arrives at the Lytham office.

8:52am: Catching up with industry news & responding to emails.

9:30am: Scheduling meetings & tasks for the week ahead.

10am: Working with accounts to set client budgets.

11am: Meeting a client director to advise on a lease query.

12:30am: Coffee break and lunch.

1pm: Making calls to clients & contractors

3pm: Site maintenance inspections for the rest of the afternoon.

5:05pm: Tom finishes for the day.
