Meet The Team

Back in 1990, husband and wife team Ian and Gillian founded the business, developing across the Fylde Coast and becoming synonymous for customer care.  In 2019 they joined forces with Chris, who had recently established the Lakes business, having become frustrated with the unjustified prices charged by his own flat’s managing agent. 

Today, our team have varied backgrounds, from surveying and construction to insurance and accounts, therefore offering a comprehensive service.  What’s more, our property managers are each based locally to their clients, therefore always hands-on and fast-acting.

Chris Brook

Managing Director

A chartered Ernst & Young accountant by profession with over 10 years commercial and residential block management experience. Chris is highly responsive and a great listener who genuinely cares about all his team and clients. Outside work, Chris is kept busy entertaining his two girls and loves a good curry! 

Ed Wilson

Property Manager

Ed is a finance graduate with extensive customer service experience, currently studying towards his IRPM qualifications. Conscientious, calm and a great team player, Ed enjoys the logical problem solving nature of the role. Outside work, Ed is a fan of football, Formula 1, cycling and walking with his dogs.

Tom Perry-Warnes

Property Manager

With a 1st class psychology degree, combined with extensive management and customer service experience, Tom is extremely empathetic and reliable, thriving on helping his clients to solve challenging problems.  Outside work, Tom enjoys family days out, walking Tasha his dog, football, cricket, and a good book.

Amy Goodall

Property Manager

Amy has a 1st class degree, several years’ estate agency experience, and a positive, down-to-earth nature. For all these reasons, Amy has an excellent aptitude for getting things done efficiently for all her clients. Amy loves living in Lytham and her hobbies include beach walks and retail therapy.

Josh Glennon

Property Manager

Josh has both a building surveying and hospitality management background ideal for the property manager role. Confident and calm under pressure, with a great sense of humour, Josh employs a very hands-on and proactive approach to get the job done. Outside work, Josh is a keen sportsman, fell runner and wild swimmer.

Gillian Buglass

Compliance Manager

With over 30 years industry experience, Gillian is both our legal and insurance expert. Her diligent, organised and caring approach ensures every block we manage is in very safe hands. In her free time, Gillian likes to unwind with a good walk, book or period drama.

Anne Kerr

Accounts Manager

With over thirty years’ bookkeeping and IT experience, AAT Level 3 and an extremely conscientious, professional manner, Anne resolves all types of client and colleague accounts queries, however complex.  Outside work, Anne enjoys spending time gardening and doing crafts. 

Nicky Cook

Administration Manager

Nicky has over 20 year’s industry experience and is highly efficient in her role, yet exceptionally modest.  Key responsibilities include organising health and safety surveys, managing utilities contracts, setting up new clients and supporting with accounts.  At home, Nicky enjoys family time and reading.

Sophie Brook

Project Co-ordinator

With a background in marketing and project management across several blue-chip organisations, Sophie oversees the major works programme as well as managing ad hoc business improvement, marketing and recruitment projects.  When time allows, Sophie enjoys family walks and wild swims as well as the occasional box set.
