Cowan Head

- Successfully maintain the mature woodland within grounds, working closely with the local council and managing professional tree surgeons.
- Resolved a longstanding electricity supplier issue, also securing reimbursement to the management company by escalating the matter to the Financial Ombudsman.
- Our main ongoing responsibilities include coordinating the upkeep of the estate and adjoining green spaces, as well as providing advice on service charge budgeting to support the long-term financial health of the management company.
