Tell us about the TPI qualification you have?

The TPI is the UK residential property management industry body, and all property managers are rare and are at least level two qualified. Are working towards this. I’ve recently passed my level three qualification, which caused everything from fire safety to budgeting. Being qualified demonstrates competence, competency, and essentially is the gold standard for property managers.

How is the qualification helping you to better serve your clients?

I can factually answer complex client queries and have more credibility influencing stakeholders and delivering improvements from client requests. I keep up to date with CPD via online portal, which advises me on changing regulations and legislation. This means I can help advise clients on the best practices more competently and clearly.
