Rowan’s Process for Major Works

The major works process starts with carrying out a condition survey, making a site visit to identify issues. These are then produced into report, and the next phase is to produce cost plans so the client knows where the costs are. We then sit down with the client and prioritize what’s needed, meeting this with their budget. We then produce a tender pack, which includes CDM documentation to ensure the client is protected and complies with CDM regulations. Following this, we tender to get a competitive price and cost certainty for the client. Once we have a tender in place, Rowan manages the construction process through to completion, ensuring everything is carried out safely, the client gets value for money and the work is delivered as the client requires it.
